By using our services, you represent that you are at least 12 years old (or have parental consent) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete registration on their behalf.

3. Trial Registration & Scouting

Registration for trials does not guarantee selection or placement. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application based on our scouting criteria. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. False information may lead to immediate disqualification.

4. Fees & Payments

Our open trials are free. Selected candidates may be invited to paid development programs or showcase events. Any fees will be clearly communicated before commitment. ScoutPro Africa never charges upfront fees for trial registration or player placement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including logos, text, images, videos, and software – is the property of ScoutPro Africa or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the website.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
